Bread properly cooled, wrapped tightly in moisture proof material, and stored in the freezer, will keep its delicate moisture. Remain free of mold, and it will retain its original fresh quality for several weeks. To thaw it, place the wrapped bread in a (350ºF) oven for 45 minutes. Serve it while its still warm and cut into thin slices,with curls of butter to melt into it.
